Hovd's post office is north of the main square, down the street on the left hand side. Mail can be sent both domestically and internationally, international phone calls can be placed, and there are public computers that visitors can use to get online.
The official posted hours of the internet cafe are daily 8 a.m. - 11 p.m., though actual times may vary slightly, or greatly. There are 8 computers in the cafe, and the fee to use them is 600T per hour, and it costs 100T per page to print.
